The Group operates a ‘fast track system’ for children whose parents volunteer as Leaders. If you commit to working as a Leader and demonstrate this commitment by successful completion of an induction course and subject to the Garda vetting procedure clearance, your child will be admitted. We are always short of leaders so you will be warmly welcomed. No Scouting experience is required as training is provided. While Leadership in Scouting requires considerable commitment, it is both rewarding and enjoyable. You will be playing an active part in your child’s development and contributing greatly to your community.
