Annual General Meeting 2026

Many thanks to all the parents, Scouters and Scouts who attended our AGM at the Dunboyne Scout Den. It was a fantastic evening, with a great mix of business and craic!

It’s always tough to say goodbye to dedicated Group Council members, Siobhan and Celine, but it was wonderful to see their hard work and commitment recognised, alongside the fantastic contribution of our Tech Team, Alan and Gary.

A massive congratulations and warm welcome to Lauren, our new Secretary, and Gabriel, our new Scouter Representative, as they take up their roles on the Group Council. We wish them both the very best!

Presentations were also made to the Phoenix Team in recognition of their exceptional achievement in achieving a Silver Award at the national finals back in August.

Nathan Vickers, one of our Rovers, also put together a fabulous video montage celebrating Dunboyne Scouts and all that makes our group so special.

With such a dynamic and cohesive team working together, Dunboyne Scouts is clearly in brilliant hands for the year ahead!

Yours in Scouting,

Bernie
Group Leader
