Cub Summer Camp 2026 ⛺
After a scorching week of sunshine, Cub Camp 2026 arrived in Portlick Scout Campsite and we got a real mix of weather. We had sunshine, we had rain, we had wind, but most importantly, we had a fantastic weekend.
We had singing, we had dancing, we had guitar playing. We had water activities, we had land activities, and we had plenty of creativity with costumes and performances. We had games, we had shelter building, we had Viking Boat Trips, and we had visits to the Pet Farm.

1 / 3We had a great bunch of leaders and we had an amazing group of kids. The camp was full-on from start to finish, but the Cubs were so well behaved and were a credit to themselves and their families. They mixed so well with others, looked after each other, and were great fun to be around.
It’s camps like these, and children like these, that really show what scouting is all about.
